Her diverse background enables organizations to strengthen operational effectiveness, improve governance practices, and build sustainable growth strategies.

As Director – Operations, Governance & Business Advisory at Alverian Global Limited, Ireland, she supports the Group's operational excellence, governance frameworks, and organizational development. She also serves as Company Secretary, supporting corporate governance, stakeholder coordination, compliance administration, and board-level operations — bridging strategic objectives with effective execution.

Prior to Alverian, she spent more than 11 years with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), leading Allied Retail Business operations across Northern India. There she managed vendor empanelment, strategic sourcing, procurement negotiations, commercial partnerships, and performance management, and supported the implementation of SAP ERP-based systems across multiple locations. She has also managed entrepreneurial ventures, giving her practical insight into the challenges faced by founders and growth-oriented businesses.

Alongside her business and governance expertise, Sonal has developed specialized knowledge in early childhood education, having completed advanced studies in Early Childhood Education with distinction.
