Siddhartha Agarwal

Siddhartha Agarwal is a highly accomplished global finance executive with over two decades of experience spanning controllership, finance transformation, GCC strategy, and shared services advisory across multiple continents and industries.

Most recently, he served as Regional Financial Controller, EEMEA at NielsenIQ — a global measurement and data analytics company — where he led financial governance, reporting, and transformation across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. His career has included senior finance leadership roles that encompass FP&A, controllership, ERP transformation, and Global Business Services strategy.

Siddhartha holds the qualification of Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, is an Associate Member of CPA Australia (ASA CPA Australia), and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance). This combination of credentials places him at the intersection of accounting rigour, international financial management, and strategic advisory.

At Alverian Global, he leads the GCC and Finance Transformation Advisory practice — helping multinational organizations design, set up, and optimize Global Capability Centres and Shared Services organizations in India, and advising CFOs and Finance Directors on finance operating model transformation, ERP implementation, and AI-enabled finance adoption.
