Our expertise
In practice
A Global Capability Centre is only as good as its operating model. We advise GCC and shared services leadership on the design decisions that determine trajectory: the mandate and which capabilities the centre owns, governance and decision rights between centre and parent, service catalogues and interfaces with the businesses, and performance frameworks that measure capability and outcomes rather than only cost and headcount.
For new centres, this work starts before the site is chosen. Strategy before site is the discipline that separates centres that climb the value curve from those that plateau as back offices. For established centres, it usually starts with an honest diagnostic against the original intent.
The most valuable GCCs evolve: from transaction processing to judgment work, from service delivery to process ownership, from cost story to capability story. We help centres make that climb deliberately: maturity assessments, capability roadmaps, the finance function build-out that lets a centre own outcomes end to end, and the talent architecture (career paths, leadership depth, engagement with the parent) that retains the people the next stage requires.
Service delivery discipline underpins it all: SLA and performance management, continuous improvement structures, and the delivery governance that keeps quality visible as scope grows.
